ESS Technical Specialist
Experience required: 2+ years in energy storage systems or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- provide technical support and consultation to clients and the sales team on ESS equipment selection;
- prepare technical specifications and commercial proposals for energy storage projects;
- participate in commissioning and provide on-site technical support;
- liaise with manufacturers (CHISAGE ESS, GROWATT, GOTION, NARADA) on technical and warranty matters;
- train installation crews and clients on equipment operation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with energy storage systems, inverters, or related electrical equipment;
- understanding of LiFePO4 battery operation and hybrid inverters;
- ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation (including in English);
- willingness to travel within Ukraine.
Solar (PV) and ESS Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- design grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid solar power plants and energy storage systems;
- calculate power and storage capacity, and select equipment based on site parameters;
- develop electrical schematics, specifications, and design documentation;
- prepare materials for grid-connection approval with network operators;
- support projects during installation and commissioning.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience designing solar plants and/or ESS;
- knowledge of regulatory requirements in power engineering and renewable energy;
- proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design software;
- higher technical education (power or electrical engineering).
Inverter and UPS Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- diagnose, repair, and maintain hybrid and grid-tied inverters and UPS systems;
- visit client sites for commissioning and troubleshooting;
- maintain technical documentation for warranty and service cases;
- advise clients on equipment operation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience repairing and servicing inverters/UPS systems;
- knowledge of power electronics and experience with measuring instruments;
- valid category B driving license (for client site visits);
- responsible and detail-oriented.
Solar Power Plant Installer
Responsibilities:
- install mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, and cable runs at client sites;
- perform grounding and equipment connection work per design documentation;
- follow safety procedures for working at height and with electrical equipment;
- participate in commissioning and system testing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience installing solar power plants;
- skills with power tools and measuring instruments;
- willingness to work at height and travel within Ukraine;
- basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
Electrician — Backup Power Systems and Switchgear Installation
Responsibilities:
- install and connect backup power systems (inverters, UPS, batteries);
- assemble and install electrical switchboards and automatic transfer switch (ATS) systems;
- run cable lines and connect power and low-voltage equipment;
- troubleshoot electrical networks at client sites.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an electrician, preferably with backup power systems;
- knowledge of electrical installation codes and switchboard assembly;
- electrical safety certification (an advantage);
- responsible and meticulous approach to work.
Sales Manager — Solar and ESS
Responsibilities:
- actively source and develop B2B and B2C clients (residential, commercial, and industrial facilities);
- prepare commercial proposals, technical specifications, and financial calculations (payback period, ROI);
- negotiate and manage deals from first contact through contract signing;
- maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience selling renewable energy equipment or related B2B products;
- understanding of solar and ESS technology, with the ability to clearly communicate technical benefits;
- strong negotiation skills and CRM experience;
- results-oriented and highly self-organized.
Prozorro Tender Specialist
Responsibilities:
- monitor and analyze tender announcements on the Prozorro platform (Ukraine's public e-procurement system) in the energy sector;
- prepare tender documentation, price proposals, and the required document package;
- participate in tender procedures and support the qualification process through contract signing;
- liaise with procuring entities and ensure compliance with contractual tender reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Prozorro tender procedures;
- knowledge of Ukraine's Law on Public Procurement and tender practices;
- attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation;
- experience in the energy sector or a related field is an advantage.
Marketing Specialist
Preferred: experience in the energy sector or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- develop and execute the company's marketing strategy for ESS and solar products;
- analyze the market, competitors, and target audience, and shape the brand's positioning;
- prepare marketing materials (presentations, case studies, website and social media content);
- coordinate company participation in trade shows and industry events;
- track marketing performance and report on results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in energy, construction, or a related technical field;
- market analysis and marketing strategy development skills;
- experience with ad platforms and analytics tools is an advantage;
- strong written communication and content-creation skills.
Digital Advertising Specialist and Website Administrator
Responsibilities:
- set up and manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels);
- administer and update website content (catalog, service pages, SEO optimization);
- analyze advertising campaign performance and website traffic (Google Analytics and other tools);
- coordinate with the marketing team on the content plan and product promotion.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing ad campaigns and administering websites;
- knowledge of SEO fundamentals and experience with CMS platforms (OkayCMS or similar preferred);
- analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console);
- attentive and able to work independently on technical tasks.
